The secondary school "Notre Dame de la Sagesse" in the archdiocese of Gitega has provided education to quite a few generations of young Burundians. Its origins date back to 1958, when the former Collège Notre Dame opened its doors to the first 44 pupils in Mushasha.
The Diocesan Social Action Commission of the diocese Boac has taken upon itself the task of providing quality hosts to the whole diocese. Aid to Church in Need International (ACN) would like to support this intiative and therefore it has helped the project partner in the implementation of this project.

MSDC (Maison de solidarité de Diabetique au Congo) is a local NGO for diabetics in and around Kinshasa. It offers care services, insulin kits, patient monitoring, nutritional education and finally a sports complex for its patients. MSDC is aimed in particular at people in poor neighborhoods of Kinshasa who cannot afford to benefit from these services.
The Catholic Health Training Institute (CHTI) is one of the key learning institutions in Southern Sudan. After a first equipment of IT material some years ago, BEGECA was able to support the installation of new laptops and the replacement of batteries for the 12 existing laptops.

For Holy Spirit School Senua - Logtham the establishment of a computer lab was essential, since governmental authorities threated to withdraw official recognition as teaching institution if a computer lab would not have been built. The project supported the school with 20 computers, internet, and other equipment.
Don Bosco College Bangalore was founded in 2022 with the aim of training young people to become competent and socially responsible people through holistic and innovative training in the spirit of Don Bosco. Five degree programs have been offered since August 2022, 101 students are currently enrolled.
