Transparency, integrity, and accountability are core values of our organization. On this page, we provide open information about our Code of Conduct and the important role of the ombudsperson in ensuring respectful and fair interaction.
Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct forms the basis for our daily interactions, both internally and externally. It defines binding standards for respectful behavior, equal opportunities, the responsible use of power and resources, and protection against discrimination, harassment, and exclusion.
All employees, partners, and stakeholders are obliged to respect and actively implement these principles. The code serves not only as a guide, but also as a binding framework for our actions.
Ombudsperson
To ensure these standards are upheld, an independent ombudsperson is available to all parties involved. They are the point of contact for anyone who has information about possible violations of the Code of Conduct or who is involved in a conflict.
The ombudsperson offers:
- Confidential advice in cases of conflict or suspicion
- Support in clarifying and resolving problems
- Mediation in difficult discussion situations
- Forwarding of complaints – anonymously if desired
The aim is to promote a culture of listening, trust, and responsibility.
